It’s that wonderful time of year when the days are warmer and longer … and the Farmers Markets are back in full swing!

Farmers Markets offer:

  • Fresh local foods at the peak of the growing season
  • Seasonal variety
  • Affordable fruits and vegetables
  • A way to support your community farmers
  • The ability to know where your food comes from

At most markets, in addition to the vendors offering the best in farm products, you’ll also be able to find local specialty foods, seafood, sweet treats, honey, jewelry and other handmade goods. Plus you may have the opportunity to savor foods prepared at the market while listening to live music performed by local talents.  All this while supporting the local community!
